| I am dang near officially out of the nano-classification. Picked up tank and stand today... 90g rr. System was taken down monday, so some of the slime on the glass was still fresh. It also stunk to high hell.. On the truck. It's 8:40 at night and this has not made it off the truck yet. I like the canopy alright, but I'm going to rebuild the stand to be a 36" tall stand, because Lance's looks so flippin sweet! Build will go slow as I've recently depleted my reef savings fund, so I'll be working off my normal set aside to get the build going. So... equipment acquisitions first while I'm doing stand rebuild. Target to be set up filled with water in its final location will be 2/1/11. So day 1 work summary. Acquired tank. Cleaned tank. Assessed the value of shoddy sump I bought, and determined it could work if I have to use it. Day 1 observations. Build new stand to make wife happy with overall appearance of system. Wait for Petco $1/gallon sale, buy 36 for new sump. Consider re-sealing 90 it just for comfort sake. Day 1 Action items Decide if I'm going to reseal, and do that on day 2. Try to convince wife solid black stand and un-matching canopy look nice and fit with her other decor (pray for me) Drink beer to celebrate tank acquisition (preferably before previous action item). Scour forums/craigslist for skimmer/sump/return that will meet my needs. Get FW break down ready and start flooding forums/cl to get rid of excess FW livestock and equipment to fund 90 build. Figure out this whole tank plumbing. Consider 2nd job, and donating assorted body fluids to fund more 90 build. I'll update when I've taken it off the truck, and I start making progress. | |

| So exciting to be at this state if newness. Just tell the wifey that all the women on the forums are in love with the tank AND STAND and are jealous. Jealousy is a womans pride! A fresh coat of paint and your good to go. (have her pick the color) |

| Keep the updates coming!
For extra cash why don't you post up everything you have for sale on all forums and CL. Offer shipping.
Could have a garage sell. Look on CL and the newspaper for extra work. Always someone wanting to pay people to pass out flyers. That is simple work and you don't have to listen to someone ...just do the job and get paid.
Looks good so far! | |

| No I plan to build a new stand, and burn that one. It's ugly, short, and doesn't meet my needs. | |

| Second time around and going bigger I have a wish list for the stand. I want the bottom of the tank at 36" and doors on both sides. | |

Nice, I just was finally able to pick up a tank that I could actually set up in my 2nd fl apartment! I have a 29 Bio cube and it has the Bio Cube stand and it also looks kinda sad and un-original... BUT if I built myself a stand I think the wife might kill me... | |
