| Well they just started free swimming today. I will more than likely just use Crushed up beefheart flakes and once they are a bit older start on some NLS Grow Formula. Have a better idea? I am always up for new suggestions. Thanks for the input! | |

| Golden pearls from Kensfish.com also works really well for feeding newly hatched cichlid fry, and they love it. | |
