The tarantula is Avicularia versicolor, it goes through many changes and ends up being a beautiful adult. The tortoises are leopard tortoises, one is blond and the other is normal, i like the heart shape on the blond ones scute, lol. The eggs are Rhacodactylus ciliatus eggs (Crested gecko)

| Only been bit by a rose hair tarantula and thats when i was like 16, felt like a bee sting. Many of these animals i no longer have, i had to downsize ALOT when i moved. Most of them i gave to friends so i still get to see them, but some i sold. I still have some, but not nearly as much as before. | |

I have lost snakes and tarantulas before, lol. But i recall one night when my wife woke me up and very calmly said "babe, turn on the lamp, i think one of your things is making a nest in my hair", lol some how one of the sugargliders got out and was trying to sleep on her pillow, lmao

| I use to be terrified about spiders why beyond arachnophobic. Now I will not kill one but pick it up and put it outside. 2 days ago I found a black widow 10 feet from my house. with her egg sac. She got moved to the field. Roommate was like we have black widows in Va and this close to the house! He did not like the fact. LOL |

| Bernie, it is a striped cali kingsnake. And i just gave away two tarantulas and a scorpion two weeks ago. I have a obt (Pterinochilus murinus) sling if you want it. Its like the red one in the pic above. They are very pretty, but not to be handled though. its prolly like 1/4 in right now, let me know. | |
