Hey all,

I am MbunaAddict...kind of says it all doesn't it? :) Currently getting my son hooked on the "hobby". We currently have of the more common cichlidae; colony of Labidochromis (yellows), eight Psuedotropheus demasoni, 8 Psuedotropheus acei (purple), Pseudotropheus crabro, and waiting for something new and exciting to come out of the lake that catches my eye. two 55's, two 30's, and drooling over a 180g at a LFS...

Look on CL for something cheaper then the LFS. I just sold my 120G with a FX5 for $325 and it was NICE!

Absolutely, I'll ask the kids how to work the cell phone camera. LOL! My son is raising a very small brood of the purples for me (him) at present, with one of the females holding again. What the heck, it's cheaper than bailing them out of jail. Hi everyone - newbie introduction within... 690297

KMX - thanks for the idea - LFS is nice, but pretty costly.

Fern - I did a google search for "Rare mbuna" and four pages into it, I found a link to the forum..of course, I "had" to join. I'll work on the pictures...technologically challenged though.
