Do the colored bulbs have the same effect as the clear bulbs when it comes to photoperiod? In other words do the fish see the blue, red, or green lights as they would see the clear ones? Could i use clear for daytime and blue for night time viewing for nocturnal fish,or will it all be the same in their eyes?
