| it supposed to flush out their digestive system...
i usually use it when i notice my fish pooping out clear and not so solid poop | |

| I added 1 teaspoon per 5 gals last night to my Discus tank and also did a RO water change.. my wife just said the water looks very clean but they are ing alot ..but the colors are coming out .. maybe theres something to it ! | |

| Its a laxitive for fish ...google it ...Ive been researching natural fish remedys...Have you guys ever heard Garlic for internal parasites ? | |

| I don't know if I would use epsom salt with discus. It raises the hardness of the water and discus like theirs neutral to soft. On the other hand I think they can adjust, but I would be careful, and ask some discus experts.
I use baking soda, epsom salt and marine salt in my african tanks. I do 1 tsp of baking soda and marine salt to 1 tbs of epsom salt per 5-10g depending on the type of fish. | |
