| Has anyone used this for there Beta? http://www.marinedepot.com/freshwater_ocean_nutrition_betta_spa-ap.html
For the first time, available for the Betta hobbyist a wild almond leaf extract, and a lot more. Designed in an easy-to-use format that is clean, complete and consistent. Atison’s Betta Spa contains four key elements essential for a healthy active Betta. Wild almond leaf extract creates a natural environment for the Betta, helping promote activity and more vibrant colors. Yucca extract helps bind the ammonia in the water making for fewer water changes and lowers the PH, absorbing harmful chemicals. Calcium is added for strong fin growth and scale development and is needed to activate the muscles. Salt the key element in creating a healthy balanced environment. Now the hobbyist can have what the professional breeders have used and tested for years. | |

| No it won't hurt them. Just be aware that it will stain the water like a tea color because of the tannins in it. | |

| If your coming to the meeting I carry the leaves in my store for sale. It would be much cheaper for you to buy a few leaves then that whole big bottle. Leaf @ .75 A leaf is good for about a month. You don't need them in the tank at all times. They are good for leveling water parameters and fighting off fish deseases. Like I stated before they are good on any fish not just Bettas. The only reason they say Bettas is because the Asians are the main breeders and exporters of Bettas and they all use the Indian Almond Leaves. I personally use them in my breedeer tanks because as they soak in the water they get microorganizums growing on them and that is a great first food for the fry. | |
