looks like a pile of stuff against the wall at the back of one of the 6in caves.. I have a trio of ABNs that i got from Curtis. its looks like fry, keeps moving.. and male trying to keep other fish out of the cave... i will try pics as soon as i confirm....

I feed mine nothing.... just let them feed off the algea in the tank...It was well established. They probley were getting some left over spirulina flakes from feeding some of the Africans I had in there with them at the time. I would not wait to long. Those bad boys are going to be hard to catch once they get outta that cave.

i pulled them out once they werent eggs anymore.

I pull mine once they are done with the egg sac. Usually about a week.

Yep, its confirmed. Many, many ABN wrigglers. still all to the back of the cave, but a few is ventured inch from the others. So i guess I better move them to an algae tank today.

well no more egg sacs. Moved them to their new home - algae 5g tank to start.. when i moved them i counted them ---------> 48 Nice !!

Ok i'm wondering why you pull the eggs out of the tank instead of just taking the father out. Wouldn't it easier? I'm trying to breed some now so i want to know this.

i have my ABN in a tank that also has other fish in it.. so to avoid getting eaten by the cichlids. plus, special tank ready for them that has lots of algae on all six sides.. also, getting him out is easy, the other two females thats another story, lol Good luck on yours.
