| Ok 20gal tank started like this It got some white fuzzy stuff growing in it so I will be tearing it apart and redoing it with sand instead of the gravel. I don't know what decorations will stay and what will go (coon skull is staying). Same with the fish. Current fish; 3 kuhli loaches 6 albino corys 2 albino skirted tetras 3 black skirted tetras 2 dalmation mollys 2 sunset platty adults 4 sunset platty fry/juvy sized I'm open for suggestions. I don't have much choice on plants in this tank, its low light. So I don't think I will be enriching the sand at all. I could throw some wood in there or just stay with the stones..... I will keep yall updated with pics. |

| Shells and the coon skull would make the water too hard I would think. The coon skull is getting quite soft. I hope it doesn't fall apart while I'm moving it.
I live In FL why would I want shell in my tank.... |

| Like what kind? I would want something that would fit in the tank for its whole life. I think the skirted tetras would stay. The tiger barbs in my 75g would pick on them too much. I'm up in the air on leaving the corys and kuhlis in this tank or moving them to the 75g. The 75g has 2 black kuhlis and 10?ish various corys..... Would moving them over make the 75g too crowded on the bottom? |

| a 20 is a hard size to place a pleco in for life. i know the hypans stay small like L201, also royals and gold nuggets tend to grow relly slow but could eventually out grow the tank. Bn are nto really rare but would work. you should get some LABN. | |

I may also want a strange one in the future for my 55gal
