My 20gal community tank 20galtank-2-2
Current residents include:
3 Kuhlil loaches
3 albino cories
4 dalmatian mollys
4 sunset plattys
3 black skirted tetras
2 albino skirted tetras
MTS
Pond snails
a few feeder shrimp

Equipment:(its all 20 yrs old and still tickin)
UGF
Whisper 30-60
Heater
Single plant light in hood
Air blower

Plants:
Java moss
Java fern
Mystery bulb
3 yet to be ID'd plants out of a ditch.

Nice place to call home. The plants that you got out of the ditch...Did you wash them in declorinated water? I took some branches off my tree a few days ago washed them real good in some water that was primed. I thought that would work. Seems to be going fine with the fish so far

No wood in this tank.
The plants I just washed in the sink. I wasn't gentle with them at all while scrubbing off the algae. My thought was if I killed them there were plenty more where they came from.
The skull is a genuine coon skull I picked up in the woods a few years back. The loaches love to hide in it. Its pretty cool when all 3 have their heads sticking out between the jaws. My original reason for adding it was for the snails to have added calcium for their shells.
