hi all,
i went to madera ca. to get a chiwawa puppy from a breeder. its been like 2 weeks now.
since i was in cali for the weekend i wanted to check out the lfs i havent been to yet.
i told a buddy (jeremy) i was planning this trip for a little while.he told me to check out jojo's aquarium.
hes the one who got me really into more planted tanks and discus n breeding cichlids and shrimp.

he was right! fish you dont see around these parts at all. and i didn't see one sick or dead fish.
even his salty was waaay more bigger than the fresh.
so i saw his stock of discus and couldn't help it. even my wife said it was cool if i bought 6 discus!
so without further udo.

there in a 55gal bare tank, temp85.
they get blood worms and my beefheart mix at least 3 times a day. and w/c nightly after work.

im hoping they big really fast with the feeding w/c regimine.

Nice fish! I just bought a Herichthys Carpintis from JoJo's. They're a small store but the fish they have are good quality.
