| OK guys the post man brought me goodies today in the form of fishys and some plants This was Fern's first attempt at shipping and I must say that the fish arrived alive, always a good thing they were well packaged and fairly active for what they have been through here is the box with the top layer of insulation removed (styrofoam heat pack and newspaper) and here they are in my fish bucket with just the water they were packed in And here they are in their new home for now at least til I get a bigger tank for them I will post more pics as I become more proficient with my camera and the the fish co-operate So the fish are very nice and I would recommend Fern as a source for any fish you might want | |

| Well apparently the cold water from the shipping process has stressed them a bit they look very healthy but we have an outbreak of ich So I cranked the heater to 84 and dosed them with pimafix tomorrow I will raise the temp to 86 and keep it there for about 1 week to 10 days along with dosing with pimafix | |

| ok this morning there are no observed white spots on any of the fish and all are still alive I put 1 of them in with my oscar when they arrived and after about 2 days of chasing by the oscar they are buds now they will chase each other a bit now and then but they mostly just hang together and the oscar doesn't show any intention of making a snack of him | |
