well i fell into the "dumbass not doing his research before buying a fish" categorie today. i bought a sailfin tang on sunday, and hes been doing great!!! untill this morning when i found him stuck to the filter. i knocked him off the filter and he started swimming. i came back about an hour later and he was flopping around in the sand about 20 minutes later he died. he starved to death. poor guy now im out 25 bucks and a beautiful fish! so plzzzz do your research to prevent this from happening to you or your little fish.

on a side not i think my mandarin is on his way out too. his tail is rotting away for some reason. i just put a whole bottle of tigerpods in the rocks so he should have way more then enough food. i dunno, today sucks

my ignorance is prolly gonna kill 2 fish. i think im gonna try and find a 12g nano tank for just him and a gf so they can live the good life lol

well both my sailfin tang and mandarin are hanging out in fish heaven.

That made me want to shy away from freshwater. I've been selling off fresh livestock as well as equipment for the past month. Soon there will only be salt tanks. I'm keeping my 150 freshwater show tank though.

i wouldnt mind having a big frontosa tank. maybe after tax time
