| My thermometer broke and all the little lead balls and glass fell to the bottom of the tank, we got the glass and none of that red stiff got anywhere but the lead is all over and I dont know what to do.....Any suggestions? Also, how could this effect the fish? | |

| actually, it didnt work. turns out the pellets are not magnetic. This is going to suck, now I have to pick through the rocks | |

| Not sure, the liquid is red but no liquid came out, just the little pellets | |

| Yeah just scoop out the lead pellets. Nothings going to happen unless the fish eat it. Otherwise, if the red liquid IS mercury, youd be dead in 3 years. | |

| turn your sink water on high(hot and cold), maybe that will be enough pressure to get it out with the syphon. | |

| If the liquid was red then its not Mercury. If the balls aren't magnetic than I would guess they are stainless steel and I would worry too much about getting them out, they wont harm a thing. |
