can you name the plants? do you use ferts? what kind of maintenance do you have to do? what light are you running?

I do not use ferts. Not much maintenance. Lighting is 4x55 retro fit compact flourescent. The plants are: willow leaf hygro, sunset hygro, java fern, java moss, anubias, amazon swords, tiger lotus, corkswrew vals, jungle vals and some taiwan moss.

I use Pool Filter Sand .....Pretty much same as the play sand? I got it from home depot. I put it in all of my tanks.

Manzanita branches. You just find some dead stuff up north of Phoenix, bring it home and clean it up. Soak it for a couple of days and your good to go.
