New little 20G long

First topic message reminder :

Going to put my ABN and some plants in it. For the wife. This is a pic before. I am painting it black and cleaning it up! It's a dirty one! Got this today off of CL for $30. Came with a heater, filter, nice double outlet air pump and some fake plants...and of course the tank, stand and glass tops. When I'm finished I will post the pics up.

Here are some caves im putting in for the plecos.... It is cloudy b.c I was kicking up sand while putting them in.

Did you make those caves with slate tile? Nice...

Yes... I got them from a friend. Told me to shhhh ...I think you know who that is.

awesome! so did you use silicone to make the "boxes" or is there special glue?

Silicone. I did not make them thou. A good friend of mine did.

my sister has some items that look to be the faux rocks one would use to build a brick/rock wall say over a fireplace...not sure what they're made out of. is there any type of material i should avoid putting into a tank other than non-driftwood?

Hmmm Im not for sure unless I had a look at it.
