Here are 2 pics of African Cichlids I hope someone can ID. The first one may be a hybrid but not sure. Thanks for any help!

First picture is tuff because its a female. Second picture looks like a male Auratus, poor color.

Thank You. I thought it might be an Auratus but wasn't sure....like you said.."poor coloring". He has colored up better since I "rescued" him from a national chain pet store. The first one I got from wally world. I'm sure it's a hybrid but of what...I can't tell either. How can you tell it's a female??
