Say you want to tank raise a Salmon. What would you need to do and prepare for as it matured?

| Yeah once the salmon gets nice and big you eat it Mmm. It would be like veal but fish. Haha. You would need a big tank that's cool water might even need a chiller and fast water movment. It would depend on the salmon too what kind? The kind we have here in tahoe Kokanee Salmon only get to be a little over a foot 14" some only 9" before they go to spawn and die. They are one of the best tastig kind.
I think It could be done.

| Yes. They need cool, clear water. All trout species do. | |
