Say you want to tank raise a Salmon. What would you need to do and prepare for as it matured?

i am sure you could own one but there woudl be a few problems with keeping and trying to breed them. you could get any info you need on this subject by doing an internet search, i am sure something would turn up

Yeah once the salmon gets nice and big you eat it Mmm. It would be like veal but fish. Haha.
You would need a big tank that's cool water might even need a chiller and fast water movment. It would depend on the salmon too what kind? The kind we have here in tahoe Kokanee Salmon only get to be a little over a foot 14" some only 9" before they go to spawn and die. They are one of the best tastig kind.

I think It could be done.

i am pretty sure a chiller woudl be manditory, i mean arent salmon a cold water species?

Yes. They need cool, clear water. All trout species do.
