Anyone know what this plant is?

Plant ID needed Dscn0613

They stay low and spread around the foreground. The stems are fairly brittle and for some reason my ramshorn snails (or some other culprit) loves to eat little holes into the leaves. I've moved some of them into a snail-free tank so I can actually get a decent amount to grow.
