I am wanting to know how many people here have or have kept turtles.

I currently have a yellow belly that is 6 years old. I keep him in a pond out side all summer long and move him into the house for the winter. I have two premolded ponds i use to keep him in and pan on placeing them permently in my back yard this winter. I also keep 2 pleco's and some feeder gold fish and minnows in the pond with my turtle. Here are some pics of his sweet pad. lol!

I love turtles. I have had a painted turtle, a mexican wood turtle, box turtle, red ear sliders, mud turtles, and a sulcata tortoise. I had to give them away when I moved about 7 years ago. I wouldn't mind getting another one day. I love their personalities. Yours looks fat and happy.
