i have a sick blue cobalt african,he sits head first on the bottom of the tank. i treated him with e.m. erythromycin and he gets better, but after he gets his proper cycle of meds and i put the filter cartrige back in the filter he goes to being face down again. any suggestions?

Swim bladder problem, I don't know for sure wat u use for that, instead doing the 3 days do 5 days, see how that goes and stop feeding him as well.

use a differerent filter after the meds
dont put the same one back in
