CL does me right! $1.00 per gallon!!

Been checking CL every day, not much luck.. Then today! 100g tank, lights, heater a shabby filter, air pump, 40 feet of python hose and a bunch of other junk.... $100.00!!!
So stoked!! Just need to clean it up and get me a stand and then bam, new Discus home, and thinking about making my current 50g a salty!!

Nice find for sure. Congrats. I check CL all the time. Even have it bookmarked on my cell so I can check it on the go. Going to pick up my full, running 55g with everything including fish for $30 on Thursday afternoon. Up to 5 tanks and still watching CL for more. Also got a 20L for my snakes with the full set up off CL for $50 and picking up another for $20. I love craigslist. Congrats again on your find. Jon

I have been checking CL every day after work, before work and any other time I can.. Finally paid off!
Anyone else out there looking, keep at it and be persistent, it will come to you!

I will post some more pics once I can get it cleaned up and in my house..

yup that is the way to do it. Have to check all the time and throughout the day haha. Be that first caller and get the deal!

I have another deal in the works but I won't go into too much detail right now since I haven't sealed it yet! haha

I put a WTB add on CL for fish tanks at $1 per gallon. I get replies all the time.

Yesterday I traded 4 Yellow labs, 5 Dolphin and 1 Leleupi for a 55G with filters and stuff. i love me some CL.

Weld a stand! Thats what my boyfriend did for my 55 gallon, looks great especially if you spray paint it!

So little update. A friend came over today and helped me haul my tank inside. I did a minor clean up just to pretty it up, but still is going to get a thorough cleaning this weekend.

I still need to round up/build a stand, and not sure whats going in it. Most likely my Discus, but we will see!!

I love Craigslist, tho. I got my 25 gallon from there for $35. It even came with a stand. Just added a shelf, and tossed the other stuff it came with and $200 later, I have it all set up.

lol gotta love CL! congrats great find!! I got a 100g tall tank and two aquaclear 110 filters for $100 and a 70g bow front tank with stand, sump filter, heater and a regular light for under $100 if memory serves me right I want to say $90 delivered to my apt.
