| Neolamprologus brichardi to be exact. but you can house these with kribs in a 20gal long provided you create boundaries/territories and enuff caves. i used to do :D | |

| Hello , You can also house Cory's with these . Cory's are unassuming bottom dwellers that help keep your tank bottom clean . They are NOT aggressive and go well in any tank . I run 44 tanks and have cory in most all of them ! From my Shrimp tanks to my Biggest Cichlids . Do NOT house them with large carnivores though. Ray | |

| yep, neolamp. brichardi....when they get ready to breed, you will end up with a species only tank. I've tried them with calvus, leleupi, brevis and others. Now the 55 they are in is a species only tank. | |

| I HAVE ABOUT 100 DAFFODIL FRY IN MY MOBA FRONT TANK AS WE SPEAK, RANGING FROM ALMOST MICROSCOPIC TO 3INCH. SOMETIMES THE FRONTS SNACK ON THEM BUT THEY PRODUCE LIKE WEEDS. I HAVE ABOUT 6 DIFFERENT GENERATIONS IN THERE NOW. I GET HOME EVERYDAY AND SEE A BALL OF FRY IN THE CORNER OF THE TANK ABOVE THE THE ROCKS. THEY MOVED THE SAND UNDER THE ROCKS AND I CAN SEE THE MAZE OF TUNNELS IN THE SAND UNDER THE ROCKS WHEN I OPEN THE STAND AND TAKE A LOOK FROM UNDERNEATH. PRETTY COOL. | |

| They look more like regular brichardi to me. Princess of burundi is another name I have seen them sold under. There are several different variants that differ mainly with the coloring pattern on the face. Daffodils/helianthus over all do not have the blue marbling on the face like the brichardi's and the body typically is slightly darker in addition to the yellow hues. They are definately territorial...more so than aggressive...I have one in my 125g hap/peacock tank that is a leftover from a previous tank that holds it's own with the larger fish. I am needing to get rid of it, but for the time being it is doing really well. | |
