So, I caved

I got a snail. I said I wouldnt, but I did. I got a black "mystery"snail. It was from a fish shop hubby knew about. I was assured that I would not end up with a tankful of unwanted snails. Also, the guy said that they lay big clusters of eggs, so I can just remove them if I see any. "Gary" is already happily munching away on the algae in the baby tank (main reason I got him. There is a bunch of algae in there.)

We were soooooo tempted to buy a little flounder they were selling (they were TINY things!) but we dont want to go brackish yet (at some point we will. Told hubby that maybe when the babies are grown and sold we can turn our 5 gallon into a brackish until we get another bigger tank. He was already talking about getting a tank bigger than our 25 so we can get some more aggressive fish, lol)


We have been bitten by the fish bug. Too bad our house is so small. Maybe I will put all 3 kids into one room so I can have my aquarium room full of tanks, lol.

Yeah, unfortunately I have no room at all for another tank. But it wont stop me from keeping an eye out for deals on Craigslist. LMAO "We can get it now so we can set it up later, honey". Ugh. Im going to end up being a fish hoarder, or the crazy fish lady (wait, those are the same things, LMAO)
