sometimes warmer water helps the bacteria bloom and parasites hatch and make worse

Some may disagree with me here but I keep a small container of non iodized salt in all my tanks, since doing this I have never had an issue with parasites or any other types of disease or parasites since. been doing this for around 3 yrs now and swear by it.

I agree with MarkM, thinking about it in a microbiology sense. In a tank you can't really kill bacteria/parasites using temperature without harming your fish/plants. 100 degree water would inhibit some type of bacteria/parasites but at the same time it can bring out other strains of bacteria.

Water boils at 212 F. That's the only way you are going to kill anything. That's why people boil or steam baby bottles, etc., to kill the bacteria and/or parasites.
