fish pics again :)

so update on some new pics of my fish. Ive been practicing with aquarium photography they look a bit more clear than my pictures in the past but im still practicing


first picture is of my painted platy, my blue guppy, and my favorite fish my silver old fart molly who i have had forever!

yeah hes super pretty we raised him as a fry from an old batch his name is Lil peanut becuase my daughters nickname is peanut and she helped my husband raise him lol

I just love livebearer tanks, they are so fun!

Awesome fish! What kind of light do you have on the tank? I like the blue/purple glow it gives the fish.

i kind of have an odd set up for lights later ill get something better and a hood but right now i have two clip on lights one on each side, one light is a florescent 65w 6500k light (probably the light your seeing in the pics) and on the other side i have a 120w 2000k growlight :)

Nice fish! Wish I had better luck with mollies. The wilds are by far my favorite.

Mark if you ever want any more tips for mollies jsut PM me i can give you loads of info and all my fry should be healthier than most chain stores so if you ever want to try again i have a molly thats been kicking for a while she was bred with a black molly but ive seen my WC molly breed her a few times, im not sure how this next batch will turn out but if your interested im willing to ship :) if the babies are product of a black male and she was storing sperm from him still they will be like 1.00 if the fry seem to have the WC as the dad then they will be 1.75 :)
