| Hola from Los Angles  I am new to the aquarium world I became addicted about two years ago when my wife won a gold fish at the LA county fair and its been up hill from there on. I started with a ten gallon gold fish tank, then moved on to a thirtyseven tall tropical set up and now on to a seventyfive tall with cichlids. I just cant seem to kick the hobby and I feel the itch to start a salt reef aquarium everytime I go in my local store (pacific reef in torrance ca). | |

| welcome to the forum. I know how you feel. I started with a 10 and a 30 then went to one 55. Then I started over with 55 and another 55 bow front and now 100. | |

| Glad to see im not the only aqauaddict in my tank I have a few different kinds of cichlids when i first started collecting I bought all my fish from local stores but i didnt find a good variety. So I made a friend on craigslist that turned me on to coastfishclub and every since I have decided to go with more tanganyikins and im sure eventually thats all I will have.
1-redfin compressiceps
1-yellow compressiceps
1-firefin compressiceps
1-inkfin calvus
1-black congo
1-shell dweller
1-frontosa moba
1-red zebra
1-birchardi
1-electric yellow
1-peacock
1-magunese
1-red severum
1-sailfin pleco
and one pain in the neck redtail catfish my friend is houseing in my tank.
If anyone out there lives close to torrance ca. hit me up if you got any tangans you want to trade. thanks | |

|  My addiction started when I was 6 and my dad got me a 20g tank. I dusted it off about a year ago and started back up. I have over 430 gallons now...... |
