| hes a chocolate betta, very nice looking boy for a walmart betta lol, he has the most unique coloring that i have seen. i would go for a female close to his coloring if i were u. they might throw something like that. i would even get a show female to see if they will throw nice show kids. | |

| well actually the color is atlittle off his body it blueish and a pink ting just at the beginning of his fins so he's not chocolate. So the colorations are deep blues pink and red with the yellow in his fins. I have a greenish teal color crowntail female I'm thinking about. I don't know if the teal would lighten the blue or turn it mucky brown. |

| I really don't want babies I can't get rid of. LOL I really need to look up genetics on bettas again. I haven't bred bettas in 30 years so totally out of my area. |

| If you can wait till spring I will have a nice pair of HM's. I have 8 batches growing out. Or you can go ahead with the VT's for now just to experiment and get it right, then get a good pair of HM. | |

| I'll wait till spring and hopefully have the money for a nice pair not into deeper reds or dark blues for some reason. |

| Too cold to ship at this time in the 30's or below this time of year so I have to wait till spring to get fish shipped. He is a beauty alright! I would die for him. |
