What is this little reject

I got this guy because he was kind of wild looking. Not till I got him home did I see what poor quality he was. Once I get some weight on him he will look ok. He looks starved right now pet stores don't know how to keep these fish.

Anyways here he is what do you think he might become. I think some kind of brown. He only 2" and in poor condition he colors up a little more every day.

he does look lik a brown but im not for sure where did u get him? he def need some tlc. he looks alright for a little one and for just a show tank.

i hope he is not in your main tank w/ your juvie discus.

make sure you use seperate hoses n stuff when chaging water

looks like a cross of turq and something else.... didnt make a reall pretty color did it? lol.... I have one that is this color too.... the breeder I got it from called it a champaign.... i definelty dont think it looks like any champaign i would drink. lol

Yeah this guy is 2" so he has time to get some color. So we will see.

Yes he is not with my others. This little guy eats well is active and I think will be ok once he fills in.

judging from the 14 bars(i think) maybe it could be a snake skin or leopard snake skin.

Yup another person on a differant fourm said snakeskin too. I think it's a snake skin cross. He is doing well filling in already. It should be a good before and after photo of this guys I hope.

ya he may grow to be a handsome little boy, my fish store said that they heads grow wen they grow up and with better food. he order the discus to put in his show tank and the rest he sells lol.
