| I caught a frog (or toad, not sure) in my backyard and I put it in a cup to bring it inside because I didnt want my dogs to eat it. I was going to let it go outside. The phone rang and I sat the cup down on the tank and not thinking about what I was doing I opened the tank to feed the fish and while I was doing that the frog jumped out and into the tank. The oscar got it and is chewing on it as we speak. I tried to get it but the other fish just started swarm around so I let it be. Does anybody know if it bad or what will happen? I live in Sacramento and the only thing I know about the frogs and toads here is that they will make my dogs foam at the mouth if they happen to get one. Any thoughts or info would be greatly appreciated. | |

| The toad could bring some nasty stuff into the tank. I would just keep a close eye. I dont think your oscar will foam at the mouth like your dog thou. | |

| If it was the same kind that makes your dogs sick it may kill you Oscar. |
