| We have a 5 gallon bowfront with eclipse hood. Is this big enough for a trio of Gold Ocellatus? | |

I thought that yours were doing well. I just have this tank that I would kind of like on my desk at home but want something besides a betta. Nothing wrong with Bettas just not my cup of tea. | |

| the only thing i would put in there is a betta bc other fish would need a bigger tank wen their grown up, that is the reason why i got a 55 for my first tank. | |

| Typical - I'm not saying that it can't be done. Planting helps out A LOT. I was just curious as to how long it has been established. If you've had the tank set up for any amount of time and you keep up with your water changes, it can definitely be done. I'm all for pushing parameters. I have just seen people do what you're doing and kill everything in the tank. The BN are the only thing that you may have to worry about as they grow. I've had a couple of mine already reach 5-6 inches in less than a year. | |

| If it were me I would plant it and put a few fancy shrimp in and call it fully stocked. All I use my 5g for is for small holding females or as a qt tank for one small fish. |
