I decided to make some treats for all of my fish today.... It was messy but they love it here is what I used;
1lb uncooked unpeeled shrimp
1 1/2 clove of garlic
4 500mg spirulina capsules, emptied from the capsule ($7 from health food store)
3 tilapia fillets
10oz mysis shrimp
1 pack of glass worms (the usual frozen blister pack size)
1 pack of brine shrimp
1 pack krill
roughly a pound or so of peas, zucchini and carrot's

Blenderize it all till smooth, you may need to add a little bit of water sometimes to help it blend. Get some freezer Ziploc bags and put some in them squeeze air out and flatten so you can break bits off easily for feeding. My ratios ended up qiute thick and held together nicely so I didn't need to add any gelatin to keep it together, yours may need it. Make sure everything you use is raw and uncooked, fish are funny with cooked foods.
This stuff was such a hit that I actually had a few fights break out over it!!

I just mixed and matched from various recipes that I found online, and went with what I could get.

Well this stuff works so well that all of my corys plastered eggs all over their tanks even the first batch of bronzes that I grew up! I'm so amazed that it got them to spawn ahead of their usual schedule!
Now I need to do the math and see how old those bronzes are...... This is their first spawn DIY treats 165198
I would've be surprised if I get some more action in the tanks from this stuff!!!!! If your fish wont spawn for you make some of this and you will get results!!

I did the straight up European shrimp mix (thanks for the link/info Jojo) & my fish are absolutely killing it!!! DIY treats 393849 Its a little early to see any drastic changes in color or size, but if the way they eat it is any indication, this is green gold!!!
