UPDATE I was able to move about 50 fry into a grow-out tank! This was a surprise clutch. I didnt even know they had spawned or could/would spawn. There are still fry in the main tank but I am not even going to worry about them. They will get eaten and I think 50 keepers is a good number!

I always use the good ole syphon... just be care how much pressure you apply...

Either a siphon or you could make your own fry net.
Get a small net frame and cut off the netting and take the toe of pantyhose and sew it onto the frame. It works great!

You could've gotten some rubber gloves and just taken out the parents. Would've been 50x easier to transfer.
