Yeah you would have to be way experienced! And from what I hear they can escape or squeeze into your filters. They're crafty fishes!

When I get them I keep them in gerbil balls. Keeps them from escaping. Not pretty in a show tank. Its for wholesale holding. Can excape from any size hole.

your tank has to be preety much sealed with no holes bigger then its beak. anywhole bigger then that and they can get out. id love to keep one but i suck

You need a complete cover and a micro sock where your water flows from the tank to your filter, and there can be no powerheads in the tank and you need to check the sock alot. I know someone who has one and it gives him nothing but headaches. But it looks so dam cool. Oh and did I mention no fish or crabs. They are all fair game. Even his lion fish gets harrased
