| i bought 3 of these guys one looks just like this one the other 2 are red and orange and black spotted but what are they the guy at the store didnt know what they were when i asked him.....
i cant figure out how to put a pic on but it was the second fish on the potm poll we just had please help thanks | |

| It is a type of Peacock. It's a hybrid. We have the OB Peacock ("orange blotch") that looks just like that, except where that fish is yellow, our is bright orange. You can't really see in the pic, but his face is really blue too. Hope that helps a bit! | |

| The females are VERY bland compared to the males. They still have color, but not much. Our male is very bright orange and an iridescent blue over most of his body that isn't orange or black. They are very pretty fish. The female on the other hand, well, looks like a flat paint. LOL. Her orange is very pale and no blue at all.
