these little worm looking things were in my filter.it almost looks like they have pinchers on there head. i have had 4 fish die in the past 2-3 weeks.
there is alot of them. havent seen any in the tank.

They could be midge larvae, commonly called bloodworms...harmless

That's what bloodworms are. The fish will eat them.

They aren't mosquito larvae unless they stay at the surface of the water and thrash down to the bottom when startled. Plus they don't bend like they are in the pic.
Do you ever feed live black worms? That's what they look like to me.
