| They could be midge larvae, commonly called bloodworms...harmless | |

| They aren't mosquito larvae unless they stay at the surface of the water and thrash down to the bottom when startled. Plus they don't bend like they are in the pic. Do you ever feed live black worms? That's what they look like to me. |
