| In my fish tanks (the two 10g) I have 13 guppies, (6 males rest female), 4 black kuhli loaches (had three till hubby gave me his lone survivor), 3 otocinclus, 2 blue mystery snails and 2 black mystery snails. (waiting on a order of 5 purple briggs mystery snails to arrive)
In my husbands 20g, he has 2 blue gourami, 2 red fire gourami, 2 dwarf gourami, he had 3 otocinclus (I think one of them has died and we can't find the body), 3 ghost shrimp (two died but no bodies found) and 1 Amano shrimp (will get more when LFS gets a shipment
My daughter has a 1.5g with a betta (bought as a baby seems to be a female) named Fred. | |

| As to the ghost shrimp they make tasty treats to anyone who can get them or part of them in their mouths.
I would love to see pictures of these tanks.
Here across the river I can't have apple or mystery snails, but I can have any other snail.

| I figured something had eaten those that died. I have posted one of my 10g tank photo already. Gotta take pics of the other 3 tanks. - D.Gray wrote:

| The mystery snails are on the restricted list for Oregon as are Weather Loaches and any Crayfish. | |

| Too many people flushing them (or just dumping them in rivers) I guess. Too bad they are nice to have. | |

| Well Today I bought A lot of used aquarium stuff for $8 dollars at a yard sale. Have now added a 1 gal to me bedroom (next to my workstation), gave my boys a 10 g to used for hermit crabs (I don't trust it with water). Not sure what to put in the 1g yet but maybe use it for raising some fry. Lots of extra gravel and decorations that i won't use or don't need. | |

| nice tanks. I might try to make the one gallon a sump for the 10 gallon, or a small shrimp tank with a couple small plants.

| Nice little tanks but you really need a 55 plus to start having fun aquascaping etc. Or on the flip side 1 gallon can be really cool with some sand a rock and a plant and/or a moss ball and some shrimp ;) | |
