Lvls on My Tank Need Help!!

Ok I Just took the lvls of my tank can anyone tell me if this is good or bad and if something is wrong how to correct it

GH 30
KH 120
PH 7.5
No2 0
No3 0

Water Temp 79 Deg.

This is the one with my cichlids in it

Lake Malawi Water Chemistry
pH 7.8 to 8.4
Hardness 4.0 to 6.0 dH
Carbonate hardness 6.0 to 8.0 dKH
Surface temperature 76 to 85 F

ok how do I get my lvls to there like how do i raise my ph and how do I change my hardness
