OMG Dr. That's to funny! ...................But seriously folks. We had pet rats once and they make great pets. If trained, handled, and played with early they are very friendly and fun to have.

What ever you do make sure you get a male, if you bring home a female its almost 100% certain that it will be pregnant. In a year you will have so many mice and it will be to late to re think your decision on getting one.

Sugar Gliders are the same way. The are so cute but we had one once and they are the stinkest things going. We kept them clean but if you have a male they stink to high heaven. They have an oil glad on the top of there heads and that's were most of the stink comes from. We could wait to get rid of it. Same thing with ferrets. That thing stunk so bad we almost had to move out of the house.LOL

What up coolfish...

First off Im a reptile guy.... ;)

Rats no joke, are like dogs minus a little 'eye contact smartness' but
you can train them to do anything.... fun..

Mice, never stay'd around long ;)

I had a chipmunk I found on the road as a baby.. smaller than a ping pong ball
Im guessing mom was carrying it and a car came and mom dropped it...
I fed it with an eye dropper.... its little hands would hold the tip hehe....

.....but it grew up and attacked anyone but me... fiercly loyal...

Stink... good luck, its funkier than cat pss

.........but, if you're in tight with the local pet shop you can more than
pay your expenses trading back babies cuz they'll be nursing, while pregnant
with the next batch......

Definatly figure them out tho, if thats what's 'calling' you....

.........I had a 'teddy bear hamster' named ............teddy... when I was "fresh off the
press", maybe 6..... I loved him... he escaped, and I found him... he lived to be an
old old teddy hamster.....good and fat mice 690297

Just have fun, "learn'm" tricks etc.... my 2 cents .. Peace JT
