PostSubject: HELLO FROM SCOTLAND    7/30/2011, 4:54 pm

hi there
Fraser is my name & i am across the pond in Bonny Scotland New Guy

i have an obsession with fish , i love fishing for trout & keeping malawi's

i have a 6.6x2x2 african cichlid tank , 3D background & a 4ft sump running it , i keep Haps & Peacocks, i am also part ofa team that runs a small forum in the UK

i joined to chat with other fishkeepers and see how the USA does it

we do notice over here that you tend to have better products & foods

been across a few times & love it
cheers
Fraser

Hi Fraser,

You call it a pond, Here in Louisiana we call it a Ditch,
Aieee... LOL.

Great to have you here. I am fairly new to the box, great members. You are really going to enjoy it here.

Haps/Peacocks you say. Yes, that's what I am working on also. Maybe you can show me a thing or two.

Great to have you,
welcome2

welcome hi

thanks for the welcomes folks
we mainly get tanks made or rio tanks are the standard sized ones , mine was custom made
we have just started our new forum cichlidsforumuk
our last forum sponsor done the dirty on us so all the mods & admin left him & started our own
we get stuff like NLS but Dainichi we cannot get just now , its a nightmare & we also pay way over the odds
i will put a post & pics up of my tank in the malawi sect , below is what happing with Dainichi

We have been informed by Dainichi that they are waiting for a renewal of the health certificate needed to ship to the EC.
It's the same problem NLS have had.
The beaurocracy the EC have caused in the US regarding these necessary documents for EC imports
is causing massive backlogs.
Whilst the authorities will get round to issuing the paperwork it is going to disrupt imports.
We have a dwindling stock of Dainichi at the moment & many pack sizes are short or out of stock at the moment.
Please see the items below which show if they are out of stock. XL Pro has been hit the hardest
