Guess I'm a bit late on the uptake here . But , in this post you have not described the "bugs" or whether it is fresh water or salt . Do they move around or seem stuck to the glass ? are they round or tube shaped with tentacles ? so many possibilities with out knowing the answers to these questions .
Ray

Ps . if it is fresh water ,, and they don't move ,,, do you have nirite snail (s) in that tank ?

its under general salt discussion. but youre right it could be many many things without a full description and pics this thread is useless.

There is a small snail , I can't remember its name , but it looked like a black Olive pit and about the same size. They left single , white eggs on the glass of my tank !

Those are probably Olive Nerite Snails. I have them in my tank also, and they are good algae eaters.
