Title says it all... Are midas fry worth taking to raise and sell? Someone I know has quite a few they need to get rid of due to space concerns and I'm on the fence on whether or not I want to take them. Afterall, I will eventually need to get rid of them. Any input would be great. Thanks!

    Amphilophus Citrinellus

I can't get the picture of the parents right now, but I think they also look like Red Devils or Amphilophus labiatus.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

These are mean, i really dont think i would, they can be found at petsmart all the time here, they can be ok if they are solitary, with other SA cichlids, but not usually.

From what I have seen of them and read on the beloved google I would not take them. How much room do you have for them? They need a lot of space and grow very fast.

I have a 55 gallon but I wouldn't keep any. I would just raise them long enough to find them homes. It just doesn't sound like I'll be able to get rid of them easily if I take them. Thanks guys.
