| I have a new 55 gal tank and im thinking about doing kribs. I know they are very agressive when breeding but how many pairs can i have in a 55 gal?
What are some fun fish i could keep with them? Could i keep mollys and/or platys in with them or are mollys and platys not fast enough when being chased by a krib? Can i keep plecos in with them?
Thanks ahead of time :) |

| I personally would just keep a pair in a 55. You can definitely keep plecos with them, but you might be taking a chance with livebearers. |

| I have mollies and platies with kribs with no problems other than the fry are gone in a split second. |

Haha vixen thats what i figured would be the case i could have them just dont expect fry. If i really want to hold onto some fry out of that tank ill just use my breeder boxes.
I found a local person thats willing to trade me 6 kribs (so i can see who pairs up) for some of my tiger limias so i guess im hooked up on some kribs! so excited just need to get this tank going and cycled :) |

| You'll have hundreds of Kribs with 6 of them. I have hundreds from 1 pair. |

| yeah im jsut getting 6 becuase they are only 3/4 inch so that gives them time to mature and pair up then ill keep two of the pairs and give away or sell the rest then ill keep 1 or 2 pairs. I think im going to try 2 pairs but if i see alot of agression and issues between then then i will get rid of one of the pairs. |
