| I'm trying to catch this yellowtail damsel to get him out of my tank. i'm having a heck of a time using the net. I don't want to remove all my life rock and stuff to get it out. how do i go about getting him out of the tank? any hints or suggestions? |

| the 5 damsels I had tended to sleep in caves and recesses in the reef . I even tried at night with red lights . Baiting with a fish trap came closest , ended up draining the tank into ice chests and removing the live rock. Ray |

| make a bottle trap! geta a water bottle cut off the top and glue it back together with the top part on the inside throw some food in the bottle and let it chill on your sand bed for a while the nosey fish will smell the food and go right on in fish for some reasone have a natural downward swim. once he realizes hes been cought hell keep tryin to swim down. also for some reason the opening on the water bottle is big enuff for the fish to get out not small enuff to keep em in
alot of ppl think of this as unsuccesful butim reading new posts everyday on nano-reef saying it worked check out this thread fromnano-reef he cought his clown for QT http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/index.php?s=8df6ef486535ce1b56526939bb6d5c8c&showtopic=262442&hl=SUCKER |
