This is the second week of cycling, patience, patience, patience, If I keep telling myself this then maybe it will sink in. Anyway just a pic of what things look like today. I'm using Feb 1, 2011 as my start date. I like looking at everyone else pics so here is mine.

Thanks for the kudos everybody, it is an Oceanic 180 gal setup, I have the Coralife light which has three MH, four Actinics, and four Moon LED's, suspended from the rafters, the filter is a 40 gal sump with a hugh protein skimmer and external return pump.
I have ordered a Fluval FX5 that at this point is lost in FedEx shipping, we have a trace on it.
I should mention that I'm trying the cocktail shrimp method in the cycling process, just put them in a old net and let them hang in the tank, this way I can get them out in about a week.

I wanted to share a couple more things, the lights are on for the photo op, just turned on two MH, here is a pic of the shrimp in the nets that I'm cycling with, the next pic is the Ammonia test showing just below.50 for wk2, don't try to read the numbers, you'll go blind, last is the tank with the sump finally up and running. I'm using a HOB filter that I had to just polish the water and pick up junk floating around.
