I am already hearing sad stories about fish frying. WATCH YOUR heaters . This is the time of the year that you will see those heaters malfunction. As some of you may know. I do not use heaters and most experianced breeders do not. Death by heater is the reason why. Just a heads up. Don't want to hear any sad stories! **********USAfishbox.com************* **North Texas Chapter Leader**

Yeah my tanks were running with hot water too, but i figure that you feel it hot cuz is usually cold on the outside (even your hands), i saw the thermometer, water was 82 deg, so im good for now..

Out of 14 tanks, I only use 1 heater and thats cuz I sleep with the screen door open. I like it super chilly for sleepy time. But, I watch it like a Hawk!

Thats right. The heater is in my Venustus tank. I refuse to lose any fish out of that tank, all others can be replaced, except them!

Only have 1 heater in a 55 and always have extra thermometers just in case. & out of the 9 tanks are in the fishroom now and use a space heater in the room.
