I was searching Craigslist and saw a add for the site so I joined.

Whats up?

I keep Tanganyikans, currently Altolamp Comps and Leleupis.

Just moved here from PA and had to sell all my old stuff and Im now re-stocking but no one down here sells fish.

I currently work for a Pet Supply Shop called Concord Pet Foods and Supplies but we dont carry any live stock and never will.

Wow. All the way from Deleware! I love Tangs. I have some F1 Leleupie very nice looking African. Sucks that the pet store you work for dose not sell fish! I can ship to Deleware ;0)

Someone posted it in the local Craigslist, said they were in Dover????????

LOL... yea that was me. Deleware is so small that they only have one CL. Unlike Texas that has like 100. So I did not know what city to say so the capital sounded good.

I am also part of another forum but I am still to concerned with shipping fish to my door. I work alot and my wife is clueless when it comes to fish so if she would et the package it would be a disaster.

Money involved in shipping is another problem. I would like to keep patient till I find someone in my area so I can buy more fish

Yup, DE is small!

Yeah I hear ya. My shipping is cheap...around $25 to DE. I garuntee all my fish arrive alive or your money back. I put the fish in bags that breath for the fish. THEY ARE AMAZING! I tested it out and left a fish in the bag for 14 days! It was still alive I pulled it out thinking that was long enough. The fish is still alive to this day ;0) Just ask around all my fish are priced low, good quality and If I say im going to do something Im going to do it.

Cool, those breather bags are amazing. I had dealt with them at a shop I worked at in the past.

Thanks TangoTango! Thats a nice tank. Right now Im on a budget but within the next year or so Im gong big. I have a 46 bow and I have a 20 long that I have a Comp in thats not so friendly. I need to find him a home soon.

I really mean it when I say no one here has anything. I live in the southern half of the state and there is actually one dirt filthy store I wont go in and one that was just shut down.

Other than that I have to drive 2+ hours to find anything and even then its not so great of a selection.

I cant find anyone on a personal level out side of a business either probably do to the fact that the last good shop in the area went out 6 years ago.
