The best treatment for that is put them in a quarantine tank, raise the temp. and put salt on the water. and good luck usually is hard to save them once they get that..

Causes for a curved spine can vary from congenital defect (born with it, which clearly isn't your problem), nutritional deficiency (which should affect all equally, unless the fish in question has a problem with absorbing specific nutrients, but this should show up early in it's life). There's also Pleistophora (also called "neon tetra disease", but fish other than neons can get it), fish tuberculosis (which can be transmitted to humans), and camallanus (an internal parasite, which you can sometimes see sticking out the anus of the fish when they are at rest in the water - see photos: http://www.gaem.it/pubblico/articoli/mal… , http://www.alaquairum.net/imagenes/Camal… - the smoothness and pointed tip will distinguish this from "poop".

I'll put some links below where you can get info on these and treatments (if any):
Source(s):
http://www.fish-disease.net/diseases.htm
http://www.inkmkr.com/Fish/CamellanusTre…
The Levamisol treatment isn't available in all counties (and you have to get it though a farm supply or veterinarian), so this is an alternative treatment: http://www.petfish.net/articles/Diseases…

Yeah but they got the disease after they grew up, so it must be something else

TB can infect open areas on your skin. Always wear gloves when dealing with a tank that has a possible TB outbreak. They form open lesions on your skin and needs immediate medical treatment. If I suspect TB the fish is removed and tank cleaned (sanitized).

You might look into free electrical current, or vitamin C both can cause curved spines

Pillierox1 seems to be the closest to the problem.......Nutrition and bad water quality..............These factors cause fish to loose their disease fighting ability (immune system).......Check the water quality first.

The curved spine didn't happen over night, so it was from some deficiency over a period of time......Genetic defects usually show up pretty quickly particularly in young fish...........TB is just one possible disease that would be affecting your fish.

you need to do WC at least 25% once a week Is the tank overstocked? The type of fish you have breed quickly and will overstock a tank in a heartbeat.

Fishstore has it .... usually due to poor quality foods/ lack of nutrition I have seen it alot in tetras fed Wardleys bulk foods when i worked in the pet store. Just my 2 cents

Curved spine is #1 symptom unfortunately of TB. Hopefully it is something different, but going by your description of other fishies suffering the same fate...it doesn't sound good.
