     90g discus, cory tank build log

    Well here is a pic of the tank and stand, not the prettiest tank or stand but it was cheap $$$


    Figuring out how to set the wood in the tank and making sure it would fit.



    This will be a fully planted tank with 4-5ish young discus and a colony of corys, undecided on kind yet. Possibly something else added later on.....
    I will have a 36" dual power compact light on it, I have it so this is a perfect tank to use it on.
    Filtration will be a new aquaclear 110 and a fully cycled aquaclear 70, subject to change later on.

    That's it for now.....

    Well the wood probably wont sink right away, I can only get about 80% of each piece in the pot to boil them.

    It took about 1/2 CU FT of top soil, well boiled of course.
    Now on to the sand washing.... fun fun

    well some sand at least lol!
    I'm going with a slightly deeper sand bed than usual, I'm planning on some plants with good root systems in this tank.
