hey lord your saying 7x turnover for power head flow in tank. If I want to keep nems, LPS , and SPS.

no what i am saying is 7x turnover in tank from powerheads alone (minimum) is what was quoted to my at a couple of LFS's. this does NOT count the 3 to 5x turnover from teh return pump. if you are going to keep sps then more flow would be required, i have softy, sps, and 1 lps and i have 2 koralia 4's which each deliver 1200 gph flow and this is in a 90 although i could go with less.

I have pumps that are similar to koralias that are rated at 1320gph. Two of them. That should be enough? I think??
